They keep dragging the conversation so they can tire me and eventually give up on requesting a refund. They still didn't offer a solution or refund. I use another program to create content and it doesn't give me any issues at all. Only their program has issues on my computer. Instead, I sent them a screenshot of my computer info (specs, OS, etc.) that shows my computer is decent, up to date, and meets the requirements of their program. I declined it because who knows it could be a malicious application. They said the script would get my system info. They keep steering the conversation away from refund and asked me to install a program on my computer instead. I provided all of that but they didn't offer any solution so I asked for a refund. They asked me to send them a bunch of information including the project I used, screenshots and screen recording that demonstrates the problem. I reported this immediately to their customer support through email because they don't have phone support. It freezes and crashes which make your unsaved work gone. The program is easy to use but it is slow.
